OUR THOROUGH PROCESS
STEP 1
We understand that life is busy and you are juggling many obligations. That’s why we collaborate with you to book an appointment that fits your schedule. On the day of your appointment, our friendly estimator will discuss any existing issues you may have with your roof, and ask about previous experiences to ensures that any unspoken expectations are addressed and any past negative experiences aren’t inadvertently repeated. Open and honest communication from the start ensure an enjoyable and seamless experience throughout the entire roofing process.
STEP 2
These days, getting an estimate for your roof can often be a cold, impersonal affair. Roofing companies often send out an estimator who can show up unannounced, who takes a few measurements and then goes back to an office to crunch some numbers before sending out a note with a final estimate that just shows up one day in your inbox.
Without the opportunity to discuss the quote, you’ll never have all the information you’ll need to make the right decision to meet your needs. Our estimators will come out at a time that is convenient for you, and take you through the process so you understand everything you need to before making your decision.
STEP 3
With a vast array of shingle types and colours to choose from, it’s important that you make a selection that’s right for your home. Our experts can help, providing you samples and helping you visualize the final overall look of your home, and teaching you the features of different brands of shingles. We won’t move forward until you’re happy with the exact features and shade of shingles to use.
STEP 4
With everything in place, it’s time for our Master Elite certified roofers to begin replacing your old roof with a beautiful new installation. We work safely and efficiently, stripping away all old shingles and underlayment to create a blank new canvas to work on. We then professionally install each and every shingle with precision, including working around (or installing new) flashings, chimney’s, skylights and vents; keeping in communication with you throughout the entire process.
STEP 5
No project is finished until we’ve finalized it, ensuring every aspect is up to not just our industry-leading standards, but to yours as well. We’ll take you once more through everything that was done, covering key areas of interest that may have come up. We even ensure you understand the industry-leading warranty your new roof system comes with, so you can trust your new roof to work for years to come.
